Watertiger™ will remind you when your unit is ready for service.: We will mail or e-mail you a notice when your water purification unit/system is ready for service. A hassle free method to ensure your unit is in top operating condition. We will remind you when to change filters, membranes, UV bulbs, etc...
A 10% discount on replacement parts is offered.: This discount applies to the specific replacement parts/filters/bulbs/etc for a unit purchased through Watertiger. Offer does not apply to sale items.
Return Policy: Watertiger™ offers a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase in the original packaging. If returned after 30 days or no longer packaged, the freight must be prepaid and a restocking fee will apply. No exchange or refund on used filters. Contact us for full details.
Warranty Policy: Watertiger™ offers a limited one-year warranty on all products and services we offer. Most manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products, and these are noted on this web site where appropriate. Contact us for more information.
Shipping Policy: Watertiger™ ships world-wide. We charge the freight at cost, and will ship according to the client's preference. We will always strive to ensure you get the best prices and most effective method of delivery. Any customs fees and/or import fees are the responsibility of the client.
